Registration for the 2010 - 2011 School Year is now CLOSED. Both sites have reached capacity for the Abbott Preschool Program.

For those who have already enrolled, please check with your child’s health care provider to ensure the following immunizations have been administered in the correct time frame.

Requirements for Enrollment

Your child must meet the following requirements for enrollment in the Abbott Preschool Program:
• Your child must be three years old by October 1, 2009
     (Original Birth Certificate required for registration)
• You and your child must be residents of Jersey City
     (Utility Bill Required for registration)
• Your child must be immunized in accordance with Board of Health Regulations
     (Immunization required for registration)

Se requiere la siguiente información para completar la matricula:
• El niño/niña deber haber cumplido los tres años de edad antes del primero de octubre del 2009
     (Tienen que presentar el certificado de nacimiento original)
• Prueba de domicilio
     (Recibo de PSE&G o teléfono)
• Expediente médico
     (Immunizaciones vacunas)
